   Reconciliation

  • Periodic reconciliations establish billing: six week campaigns - two reconciliations, 12 week campaigns - three reconciliations.
  • We work co-operatively with the dealership to document and verify all billable matches by name, phone and address.
  • Reconciliation begins by polling your DMS for sold customers. Names are matched against the Exclusion List and Campaign Marketing Manifest (Privacy Law compliant).
