What Makes a Campaign Successful?

  • A well thought out Exclusion List to ensure campaign value.
  • A point person on site to make sure that everyone in the dealership (receptionist, sales, desk, managers, service, etc.) knows the offerings sent to customers.
  • Good sales processes and an internet department that effectively handles prospects.
  • A minimum of 3 weeks of lead time is needed. Campaigns always start on a Friday.
